Party and Loc Booking FAQS

IS THERE A DEPOSIT FOR BOOKINGS?

There is a $50 non refundable deposit to book a party and $20 deposit to book just a re-twist.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY FOR BOOKINGS?

Please let us know if you cant attend your booking time. If you would like to reschedule send us a message.

Fantasy Parties must be cancelled 72 hours prior to your scheduled party. A refund minus the deposit can be given. 

For Loc Re-twists appointments must be cancelled 24 hours prior to appointment. A full refund minus the deposit or convenience fee will be given.

If appointments are cancelled less than the cancellation time frame the balance minus the deposit or convenience fee will be credited to another appointment or can be added to a Sweit Fantasy Gift Card.

For all that purchase a Party Pack all sales are final after items have been shipped.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Due of the intimate nature of the items we sell, we are unable to return or exchange purchased toys and products unless defective. This is for the health, safety and peace of mind of our customers. Provided the items have been tested and deemed defective, they may be sent back to us. Defective items must be sent back within 72 hours of receiving them. We do not take back items simply because they did not sell, nor do we offer consignment, as we do not re-sell products.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept all major credit/debit cards and Paylpal. In certain instances we will accept Cash App.(Please message for more details

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

You may return items from  purchased package for parties only if it is defective which must be reported within 24 hours of receiving them or delivered.
