All orders are shipped via USPS. We will provide an invoice and tracking information via email the day your order ships. Orders will be shipped within 5-7 business days after order is placed. Due to Covid there may be shipping delays.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
For Toys and Lingerie: Due of the intimate nature of the items we
sell, we are unable to return or exchange purchased toys and
products unless defective. This is for the health, safety and peace of mind of our customers. Provided the items have been tested and deemed defective, they may be sent back to us. Defective items
must be sent back within 48 hours of receiving them. We do not take back items simply because they did not sell, nor do we offer consignment, as we do not re-sell products.

For Clothing: Items may be returned within 5 days of purchasing
(For in store) or of delivery date based on tracking number (shipped items) . Clearance items are final sale.
